THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FREE DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE FOR PUTRAJAYA AREA (10KM RADIUS ONLY)

FOR CYBERJAYA AREAS, WE ARE CHARGING RM20 PER ADDRESS.

FOR KLANG VALLEY AREAS, RM30-RM60 WILL BE CHARGED, DEPENDING ON AREAS.

 

NO WALK IN CUSTOMERS AS WE ARE ONLINE SHOP BUT IF YOU WISH TO COME, PLEASE MAKE APPOINTMENT 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE.

4. SENDER NAME AND HP NUMBER

5. MESSAGE ON CARD (FREE CARD WILL BE GIVEN)

Delivery Service

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL/SMS/WHATSAPP FROM US BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH PAYMENT. IF YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM US AFTER 30 MINUTES, PLEASE CALL US. ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE WE HAVE SENT THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL/SMS AND RECEIVED THE PAYMENT FROM CUSTOMERS

1.Customers are advised to place order AT LEAST 1 DAY IN ADVANCE (PAYMENT TO ORDER BEFORE 3PM)

2. For same day delivery:

a. Between 2pm - 4pm : please order before 9am

b. Between 4.30pm - 7pm : please order before 12pm

c. Express order - order will be ready and delivered within 2 hours (extra charges of RM30 will be imposed)

3. Little Flower Pot and Gifts will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances:

a. Recipient is not present at the address given those hours during which deliveries was requested to take place

b. The address given was incorrect or insufficient

c. No such person at the given address

d. No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully

4. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the florist may choose to:

a. Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for redelivery (will be charged)

b. Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf

5. Little Flower Pot and Gifts will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. we also can wait for 10 mins for the recipient to take the flowers. so, the sender must make sure the recipient is at the place to receive their order. However, we will try to accommodate delivery at exact timing as far as possible.

6. Prices quoted are not applicable for special occasions. For example, deliveries around Valentine%u2019s Day or Mother%u2019s day have different prices.

7. All information kept by us will be strictly confidential

8. In rare cases of delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, Little Flower Pot and Gifts will not be held liable for any claims.

9. At the moment, we are covering Putrajaya area only, in order to provide the best service in these area. There will be no delivery charges for this area (free delivery).

10. Minimum order for delivery is RM120.00 for all types of products.

Refund Policy

1. In the event of any non-delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.

2. Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund should be made.

3. Should there be a request to redirect orders/change of time or day, there will be an additional delivery charge of RM 15.

4. As our products are mostly perishable, please revert as soon as possible if there is a problem. All refund requests will be dealt on a case by case basis.

Orders & Payment

1. All prices of items are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)

2. Order can be made through:

c) WHATSAPP +60192517133

3. Orders will be confirmed and delivered when full payment is received.

4. Orders can be modified or changed by notifying us at +6019 2517133. However, a 50% cancellation charge will be imposed if the arrangement has been made or the delivery has been attempted

5. Cancellations are not allowed

6. Should there be a cancellation; the cost of the order will be forfeited

7. Payments can be made by cash, cash deposit (Maybank account) and through online banking (Maybank2U.com.my)

8. For payment made through Maybank2U.com.my:

a) Login to your Maybank2U account

b) Click on Accounts and Banking

c) Under Transfers, choose New Third Party Account Transfer

d) Make payment to: Little Flower Pot and Gifts. MAYBANK Account No: 564016117468

e) Complete the form by filling in our email address (litflowerpot@yahoo.com) in the recipient email address empty space
